It is through my own lived experiences that shaped the direction of my career path; and my decision to dedicate my life to being that person for all of you. I know what it feels like to think no one can possibly understand you, to feel as though you are invisible, or that “there has to be more to life than this” — all the while, convincing myself I had to do it alone. My passion is rooted in helping you remember who you were before life changed you, to remind you that you matter, and to help you reclaim your voice, power and dignity in the safety of acceptance - without judgement.
